Riding the popularity of the reality show of Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. Teutels' American Choppers in the 2009, Oregon Lottery had a unique set of prizes to give away. KGW in Portland, cousin network to KING5, had me design a web page [ splash page ] for this contest.

KGW and the Oregon Lottery were giving participants a chance to win set amount of Orange County Oregon Lottery tickets that may have the winning numbers to win the custom chopper. Two bikes were integrated as an instant win feature on the lottery ticket, and the third is an autographed, custom designed bike.
